Of all ArgentinArts’ programs, Tango Argentina is our premier professional production—crafted for grand stages and international audiences. This spectacular show has headlined theaters across the U.S. and South Korea, following a 26-city American tour in 2022 and a sold-out run in 2025.

Tango Argentina is a stunning new production with musical direction and original compositions by Fabrizio Mocata, co-directed and choreographed by GD Tango—the dynamic duo Guillermo De Fazio and Giovanna Dan. The show explores the evolution of tango through a blend of unique choreography and improvised elements, performed by acclaimed dancers and musicians from Argentina.

Audiences are taken on a powerful journey through the decades of Argentine tango—from its raw origins to its modern-day form—infused with humor, parody, and heartfelt artistry. With a multidisciplinary cast of eight world-class dancers and a live quartet of piano, bandoneón, violin, and double bass, Tango Argentina brings to life the sensuality, charisma, and emotional intensity that define the spirit of tango.
